Mediation Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution where a neutral third party helps the disputing parties negotiate an agreement. Attorney Mesmer has been a mediator since 1994 when the NH Superior Court first started an experimental program. Mediation is now mandatory in most NH courts, and has been very successful in settling cases to take them off the trial docket.
